Formulas for Stay and Rates

You can stay for a full week (from Sunday to Sunday), for a weekend (from Friday to Sunday), for a short week (from Sunday to Friday) or even for a single night, choosing among the following formulas

“Residence” Formula

Rooms (without kitchen) or studios, apartments or the villa (all with kitchen), will be rented for the period you need.
Residences will be supplied with linen and, where applicable, cooking and dining tools.
Linen will be changed once a week.
Charge for mandatory final cleaning.

“B&B” Formula

Continental breakfast is included; linen is changed according to needs or, minimum, twice a week.

“Gourmet” Formula

Enjoy a trip into Italian regional cuisine!
Half board, where you can experience, during a one or two week stay, delicious, rich, typical dishes from Lazio, Tuscany, Emilia and Umbria.
No secret - at the end of your stay you get our recipe book!
Full board also available for an additional 7.5 Euros up charge.

“Excursion and Stay” Formula (only for groups)

Here you can combine the temptations of the “Gourmet” formula with an outstanding, personalized program of excursions by private bus.
This will allow you to travel from the ruins of the Roman Empire (Roman Forum, Villa Adriana and Pompei), through the grand monuments of the Italian medieval mysticism (Assisi, Orvieto), up to the masterpieces of Renassaince Florence and of Baroque Rome.
